REDAAP is a lighting program designed to make it easy to have an energy efficient facility. The REDAAP program handles the financing, the lights, the install and the maintenance. Doing this all under one roof allows for a very cohesive process to insure you have great lighting for you, your customers and your employees.

How We Made REDAAP Affordable
The financing for REDAAP is not a lease and not a loan; it is simply a service agreement with a monthly service fee. In other words, we cover all LED lights plus the labor to install and maintain for 5, even up to 10 years on a service agreement.  It works a lot like your cellphone plan, you pay the monthly service fee and at the end of the contract the cellphone is yours. A major difference with REDAAP … we’re on the hook to perform, that said, if the lights aren’t “better than or equal” the service fee doesn’t start till we fix it and if the lights don’t work properly, you don’t pay the monthly service fee till we get them working. REDAAP doesn’t tie up your credit or consume a chunk of your capital.  You can

  • Install
    When the lighting package and service fee has been approved we will work with you on the install schedule. We understand you are running a business and it’s our goal to keep the install disruption at a minimum for your customers and employees.

  • Maintenance
    After the install is complete it is our responsibility to make sure the lighting upgrade performs for the next 5-10 years. When you have lights go out or if you’re having problems with controls give us a call or email and we will take care of it. We typically schedule a semi-annual visit to make sure all lights and controls are preforming correctly.
