TEU Services is currently seeking independent sales agents to represent our full service lighting maintenance program, REDAAP.


REDAAP fits the niche for fast growing businesses, companies that are debt averse and companies that don't have the cash for energy efficiency upgrades. Do you know someone that fits one of these three niches and could benefit from better lighting at no cost? We will support you by being on conference calls to make presentations with you, we will work directly with the Client to get the paperwork details settled. We support our front line Sales Agents in a BIG WAY. If you're not used to being supported, if you're not used to offering a product that totally pays for itself, we will be available to help.

We offer a full service maintenance agreement, REDAAP, that is a unique business platform. Our first product is LED lighting upgrades B2B for almost any type of business including schools, cities and county governments. When zero money is required and the efficiency of the LED lighting covers the entire cost of the service, it's a true Win-Win sale. For commercial property REDAAP qualifies as a CAM expense; that means the landlord gets a "free upgrade" and the tenants get better lighting at zero cost to them. Can you sell REDAAP if we cover 100% of the cost of the upgrade including all maintenance for 5-years?

Responsibilities for our sales agents will be to:

Meet sales goals agreed to between TEU Services and the Agent.

Follow the sales process and procedures, will be covered in a training process.

Be able to communicate and report all activity to TEU Services.

Maintain great customer relationships through communication and sales presentations.

Create own leads from networking, current client relations, past experiences, etc.


Required Work Experience:

To have a good set of customer relations.

Preferred to have prior sales experience, not required if shown you have good connections.

Our ideal candidate, will have experience for working with Business to Business, and be able to contact a decision maker of another business.



Must have excellent communication skills. You will be working remotely from us, so you must be able to communicate with us on a regular basis.

Be a proficient time manager.

Ideally to have some experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, at the very least, the ability to learn.

Be able to communicate well with customers and present REDAAP, which you will learn.



High School diploma/ or equivalent.

College degree preferred, but not required based upon experience.


This position is for commission pay only. We look for reps to work part-time and with their own connections to become successful. You will be trained on the process and how we do things, but ultimately, success is your responsibility.
