RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) INSTRUCTIONS

Warranty: TEU Services, Inc. retains sole discretion on dispositions of warranty issues on products. Unless otherwise instructed by TEU Services, Inc., all defective products shall be returned at Customer’s expense to TEU Services, Inc. for evaluation and disposition. TEU Services, Inc. is not responsible for installation cost incurred to replace warranted products unless there is a Written Service Agreement in effect between the end user and TEU Services, Inc.

Return Shipping: Products covered by warranty will be returned to Customer at the expense of TEU Services, Inc. Product not covered by warranty will only be returned to Customer upon request at Customer's expense.
