PROJECT SCOPE
The Ensemble facility was undergoing a major design build remodel with many variables in the timelines and scope of work. Due to the nature of this type of project, management of the lighting and controls package can become a nightmare...timelines change and manufactures must be made aware of delivery schedule adjustments...specifications change and product orders must be cancelled or sent back...and alternatives must be found when the product selected is currently out of stock.
There being so many unforeseens during the remodel many issues arose, along with delays and changes. Our team here at TEU Services worked with the Electrical Contractor through the changes, providing a solution for each edit, while giving them the best prices. We handled the value engineering, options, submittal package, and gave the PM one number to call if any changes were needed in the process leading up to install.
The end result was a satisfied customer who didn’t waste huge amounts of their time working with vendors, shopping, building submittals and so on. There was one phone number to call and the work got done at a better price than what they could have done it for prior to contacting TEU.
