The TEU Account Manager was asked about upgrading the lighting to solve low light levels in the main floor and find cost reduction. An audit of the facility was done and a photometric solution was developed to increase light levels 10fC+ using LED lighting inside the facilities and out in the parking lots.
The Owner selected the AS-A-SERVICE option to preserve capital for investing in revenue growth opportunities that provide a true 3-Year ROI. TEU provided 100% funding through REDAAP.
The AS-A-SERVICE Cost reduction program is Turnkey: it covers the audit, engineering, photo-metric design, removal of outdated equipment for recycling, plus project management. Parts and labor are included for 5-Years to minimize Owner’s risk.
