The TEU Account Manager was invited in to evaluate the Office Property including the building exterior to implement cost reduction measures. HVAC equipment maintenance cost was high, and the exterior underlit. The audit revealed one HVAC unit was no longer repairable and the parking lot needed LED lighting.

The Chamber selected the AS-A-SERVICE option to preserve their capital budget for a High School Scholarship Program as planned. TEU provided 100% funding for the new HVAC unit and parking lot lighting through REDAAP.

The AS-A-SERVICE cost reduction program is Turnkey: it covers the audit, engineering, photometric design, removal of outdated equipment for recycling, plus project management. Parts and labor are included for 5-Years to minimize Chamber’s risk.
