The TEU Account Manager was invited in to evaluate the HOA Property including the building exterior to implement cost reduction measures and upgrade the out-of-date exterior fixtures. Maintenance costs were high, and the exterior was underlit.

The HOA selected the AS-A-SERVICE option to preserve their capital budget for other projects already planned. TEU provided 100% funding for the new exterior LED lighting through REDAAP.

The AS-A-SERVICE cost reduction program is Turnkey: it covers the audit, engineering, photometric design, removal of outdated equipment for recycling, plus project management. Parts and labor are included for 5-Years to minimize HOA’s risk.
