The TEU Account Manager was asked to evaluate the manufacturing facility. The primary goal was to find cost reduction measures and improve light levels. The facility audit revealed we could install LED lighting, improve the current light levels by as much as 10fC and reduce overall operating costs that would create a budget surplus for operations.

The Manufacturer selected the AS-A-SERVICE option to preserve capital for investing in revenue growth opportunities that provide a true 3-Year ROI. TEU provided 100% funding through REDAAP.

The AS-A-SERVICE cost reduction program is Turnkey: it covers the audit, engineering, photometric design, removal of outdated equipment for recycling, plus project management. Parts and labor are included for 5-Years to minimize Manufacturer’s risk.
