The TEU Account Manager was asked to evaluate the Class-A Office Properties including the building exterior and parking lots. The primary goal was to find cost reduction measures. The facility audits revealed the need to install LED lighting to match the current light levels with the goal of reducing overall operating costs by 10% to create a budget surplus.

The Owner selected the AS-A-SERVICE option to preserve capital for investing in revenue growth opportunities that provide a true 3-Year ROI. TEU provided 100% funding through REDAAP.
